This stat is for lighter HABITS of course…such as drinking a glass of water everyday. Habits such as adding physical activity to your daily rat race could take up to 50 days! This is when you refer back to the previous post!

Creating habits are IMPORTANT because in time, with dedication and a whole $h!t load of patience it will eventually become HABITUAL!
